01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ek777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ek777 platform operating at ek777.cam and its affiliated entities responsible for platform operations.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the ek777 platform or accesses any services provided by ek777.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the ek777 platform.
• "Platform" means the ek777 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services, games, and betting products accessible thereunder.
• "Funds" or "Balance" means the PKR amount credited to a Player's Account, whether through deposits, bonus allocations, or winnings.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ek777 Platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own accord;
• You are not located in, nor are you a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

03 Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and gaming services on ek777, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. • Account ownership: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make your Account available to any third party.

ek777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such a decision.

04 Age Verification & 21+ Requirement

ek777 operates a strict minimum age policy. Access to the Platform is absolutely prohibited for any individual who is under the age of 21 years at the time of registration or use.

The following age verification provisions apply to all Players:

• Your date of birth must be provided accurately at registration. Providing a false date of birth constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• ek777 is entitled to suspend any Account where there is reasonable suspicion that the Account holder is under the age of 21, pending satisfactory verification of age.
• CNIC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Your CNIC must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Where age verification reveals that an Account holder is, or was at the time of registration, under the minimum age of 21, ek777 will close the Account immediately, void all transactions conducted on the Account, and return any deposits made — net of any winnings generated — in accordance with applicable policy.

05 Account Security

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ek777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any account recovery information.

• You must not share your password with any third party, including friends, family members, or ek777 support staff. ek777 will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or any other channel.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your ek777 Account that is not used for any other online service.
• You must notify ek777 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your Account security.
• ek777 accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or from any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your negligence.
• All Account activity conducted using your valid login credentials will be treated as authorised activity by you, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.

ek777 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all Platform connections to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. However, no electronic security system is entirely invulnerable, and ek777 makes no guarantee that the Platform is immune to all possible security threats.

06 Deposits & Payments

The following terms govern deposits made to ek777 Accounts:

• Accepted methods: ek777 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the Platform Cashier at the time of transaction.
• Currency: All deposits are received and credited in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 are converted at the prevailing market rate at the time of receipt.
• Player funds: All deposits credited to your ek777 Account are held in segregated player funds accounts, separate from ek777's operational capital.
• Deposit ownership: You confirm that all funds deposited to your ek777 Account belong to you legally, are not proceeds of any unlawful activity, and are not subject to any third-party claim.
• Failed deposits: ek777 does not accept liability for deposits that fail due to errors at the payment provider's end. In the event of a failed deposit where funds have left your account but not credited to ek777, contact our support team with transaction reference details.
• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum amounts for other methods are specified in the Cashier.

07 Withdrawals

The following terms govern withdrawals from ek777 Accounts:

• Verification required: CNIC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request will be processed. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal to registered method: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for deposits on the same Account, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• Processing time: ek777 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Cashier. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of the recipient payment provider.
• Wagering requirements: Any Bonus funds credited to your Account must satisfy the applicable Wagering Requirement before the associated balance can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that are not associated with a Bonus are not subject to wagering requirements.
• Anti-money laundering: ek777 is obligated to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawal requests may be delayed pending additional documentation in circumstances where AML procedures require further verification. ek777 will communicate any such requirements to the Account holder promptly.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

ek777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer only once unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming the same offer multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any Bonus-related balance is eligible for withdrawal. The specific Wagering Requirement for each Bonus is stated in the individual offer terms.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period. Uncompleted Wagering Requirements at the point of expiry will result in forfeiture of the Bonus balance and any associated winnings.

09 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through the ek777 Platform:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation from the Platform. ek777 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing reasons, including where a bet is placed at an erroneous price due to a system or pricing error.
• Erroneous odds: Where a market is offered at odds that represent a manifest error, ek777 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes, regardless of whether the bet has settled.
• Event cancellation: Where a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the settlement window specified by ek777, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

• Live betting: Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or withdrawn at any time. Bets already accepted prior to suspension are valid unless the underlying event is voided.
• PSL and cricket markets: Specific rules applicable to Pakistan Super League and international cricket markets are governed by ek777's cricket betting rules, accessible from the sports betting section of the Platform.

10 Casino & Games Rules

The following rules govern the use of casino and gaming products on the ek777 Platform:

• RNG certification: All RNG (Random Number Generator) casino games available on the ek777 Platform are sourced from independently certified third-party game studios. The RNG outcomes of all games are not controlled or influenced by ek777.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek777 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-player restriction;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at registration or during the verification process;
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with games;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, glitches, or unintended features in the Platform for financial gain;

• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game, or market through match-fixing, insider information, or any other improper means;
• Using funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity to make deposits;
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, deliberately structuring betting patterns to extract Bonus value without genuine wagering activity, or using third-party tools to circumvent Wagering Requirement calculations;
• Attempting to transfer your Account balance to another player or third party outside of ek777's approved withdrawal channels;
• Engaging in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ek777 staff or other Platform users.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

ek777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 11;
• Failure to complete Verification within the timeframe requested by ek777;
• Reasonable suspicion that an Account holder is under the minimum age of 21;
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory requirement, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or closure;
• Account inactivity for an extended period as defined in ek777's operational policy;
• A Player's voluntary self-exclusion request submitted via the responsible gaming tools in their Account dashboard.

Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, ek777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus balances, void any bets placed in connection with the prohibited activity, and withhold the withdrawal of any funds pending an investigation. Genuine deposits made by a Player in good faith and not implicated in any breach will be returned at ek777's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.

13 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ek777 Platform for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any part of the Platform or its content;
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Using any ek777 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner without express written consent;
• Framing, scraping, or mirroring the Platform or any part of its content.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• ek777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

• ek777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• ek777 accepts no liability for losses arising from third-party payment provider errors, connectivity issues on the Player's side, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ek777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by ek777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16 Privacy & Data Protection
